We use these words frequently. In order to minimize the gap between “what am I saying?” and “what does the other party understands”, we took a tour in the dictionary and assembled a collection of key words:
Leader

A person who, as of his/her power, reputation, talents or social position, exhibits at certain times and conditions, the skill to give guidance to, organize, change and manage the attitude, behaviour and activities of the society they are associated with.

Change

• To get into another form or state.

• To be different or do in a different way.

• To replace with something else.

• An action or process in which something differs.

Potential

• Having or showing the capacity to develop into something in the future.

• Latent qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to future success or usefulness. The possibility of something happening or of someone doing something in the future.
“pesticides with the potential to cause cancer.”

Culture

• A people or society’s opinions, beliefs, traditions and social behaviours.

• A specific social group’s attitudes and behaviours.

Vision

• To picture the future consciously in the wanted direction.

• To dream, or to wisely think of or plan future.

• An image in mind, of how future might look like or happen to be.

• To dream of how an individual, an organization, a society, a country or industry may develop and how to plan to accomplish this.
