We employ an experiential learning approach, through training, team coaching techniques and other dynamic learning tools.
Modular Programs

These are interactive programs requiring all participants to both work on their own and to interact, including one-on-one feedback with our consultants.

 

Our program includes 3-4 week intervals between the classroom dates for the participants to take their experiences from our educational sessions into the work environment.
This timing encourages practical awareness of what works and what doesn’t work and allows time to adjust. Participants prepare a status report on the return from 3-4 week intervals. Each subsequent module is built upon the lessons of the last.

We promote your choices and commitments by recognizing what you are working on, what you are ready to do, where you have obstacles, how you support and inhibit yourself, and what you need and don’t need. Some specific topics we will cover include:
